We have to collect customer information from email, from our online form, our newsletter and from information customers give us on the phone and is only used for supplying them with our ales or further information about us and our services.

We have safeguards to ensure information is never used for any other purpose other than that given permission for and never passed onto another other organisation and this information is accessible only by our sales people.

Dunscar Brewery will also take reasonable steps ensure that this information is kept up to date by asking our customers whether there have been any changes. Subscribers to our newsletter have the options of automatically updating their details or being deleted from our lists.
